Metabolic, Body Composition and Nutritional Status Testing

I offer body composition assessment according to ISAK methodology and through my Diagnostic & Health Screening partners, I can offer blood work (either using simple at-home blood testing service or nationwide phlebotomy and analysis service); metabolic testing (RMR) and further body composition assessment (DEXA).

30 minute online consultation, the perfect way to get my advice for your simple nutrition questions without the commitment, common topics discussed include: Which foods to choose for speedy recovery, what to eat before a game, how to make sure your child is eating enough overall for their sport?

Young Athletes - Cook and Learn

In-home cooking sessions developed to upskill you or your young athlete. Learn about what they should be eating, how to make the right choices at school/college and learn how to make some simple, tasty recipes for themselves!
