  • I work with competitive, elite and professional athletes. This includes anyone participating in sport and exercise with specific performance-orientated goals and aims. This might involve competing in regional, national or international events, being a part-time or a fully funded professional athlete. If your goals are beyond general health and wellbeing then this includes you!

  • I work with athletes from all sorts of sports except weight-making combat sports where I refer athletes to experts in this field.

  • Yes, I frequently work with youth athletes and I have a current DBS check. Working together with the parents or guardian and their young athlete achieves the best outcome and equips them for life in and outside of elite sport.

  • As every athletes needs differ, so does the nature and level of support they’ll need, so there is no one-cost-fits-all approach. However, every client will start with a New Client Consultation.   • I am a Practitioner Registrant with the British Dietetic Association’s (BDA) Sport and Exercise Nutrition Register (SENR), an Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) and have an MSc in Sport and Exercise Nutrition from the University of Westminster. I am accredited as an ISAK Level 1 Technician and have various certificates in Food Hygeine and Safety and Behaviour Change Coaching

  • SENR is a type of Quality Assurance for my clients. The BDA’s Sport and Exercise Nutrition Register (SENR) only accredits qualified, experienced Nutritionists who can demonstrate they work to high professional, ethical standards and adhere to a strict Code of Professional Conduct. As a Practitioner Registrant, I have proven a broad range of skills and competencies in translating and applying the current science into safe, effective, evidence-informed practice.   • Yes, both I and my clients benefit from the BDA Professional Indemnity Insurance which includes protection of up to £10 million.
