About me

I am a Registered Performance Nutritionist working with Elite, Professional and Olympic Athletes. I’m the Lead Nutritionist for England and GB Hockey Men’s & Women’s Squads and a Team GB HQ Nutritionist for Paris 2024 Olympics. I’ve worked with athletes from various other sports including men’s and women’s professional Football (Including Birmingham City FC and Chelsea FC Women), Athletics, Badminton, Ballet, Weightlifting, CrossFit, Long-distance runners and youth athletes.

I am a Full Practitioner Registrant with the British Dietetic Association’s (BDA) Sport and Exercise Nutrition Register (SENR), an Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) and have an MSc in Sport and Exercise Nutrition from the University of Westminster.

I’m as passionate about good tasting food as I am about improving your performance. Whether you prefer simple food or love to eat out; have special dietary requirements or just don’t like fish; don’t have time to cook or are working to a budget… I’ve got you!

Working together

The support you’ll need depends on your individual goals, your lifestyle, experience and many other factors. Some of my athletes have been with me for years; some just need a one-off consultation; others work intensively with me for a period of 8-12 weeks.
