I’m usually found behind the scenes. As a Performance Nutritionist for Olympic athletes and Women’s Super League footballers, I’m one of the “team behind the team”.
I love helping others achieve their goals and that involves sharing my knowledge and expertise. I help my athletes to have the confidence to consistently eat right, to be able to train hard and perform at their best every day.
